About me
Lori Hanau is the Founder and CEO of Global Round Table Leadership (GRTL), a Certified B Corporation, and training and coaching company dedicated to providing transformational learning and leadership development for conscious companies, teams, and networks. For more than 20 years, Lori has supported group vitality through her advising, facilitation, and co-creative practices, including GRTL’s Shared Leadership Framework™ and The Compassionate Accountability Process™. She also works as an advisor, coach, and guide for founders, CEOs, Executive Directors, and leadership teams whose organizations focus on systemic change with an emphasis on social, economic, and environmental justice.
Lori launched GRTL in 2002 after leaving her role as President and COO in the manufacturing sector to pursue her commitment to supporting the flourishing of people and organizations. She has training and expertise in the areas of mindfulness, martial arts, healing arts, spirituality, entrepreneurialism, social impact, and mission-driven business. Lori was a professor, community builder, and Co-Chair of Marlboro College’s Graduate and Professional Studies Management Programs from its founding for over ten years. Lori has also proudly served as a Board Member for Social Venture Circle, The Of Many Institute for Multifaith Leadership at New York University and the Nature Based Leadership Institute (NBLI), at Antioch University. Lori was also a contributing writer for Conscious Company Magazine from its founding for three years. In addition, Lori was a founding consultant of the Center for New Leadership at Marlboro College and in 2002, co-founded the Mindfulness Practice Center in Keene, NH. Lori lives in the both/and, between the majestic landscape of Keene, NH and her ancestral city of Brooklyn, NY.
