Kerrie McDevitt is a senior consultant with Impact Growth Partners, a woman-owned B Corp consultancy that has guided more than 100 companies through B Corp certification, recertification, and broader impact strategy development. With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, Kerrie helps organizations translate their values into measurable environmental and social performance. At IGP, she works with clients across industries—from food and beverage to beauty, apparel, and manufacturing—supporting them in integrating responsible practices into meaningful social and environmental progress. As a Trained B Consultant, Kerrie has been a supporting B Lab's LEVEL program since its inception, helping BIPOC women owned businesses through the certification process. She is known for her thoughtful, organized approach and her ability to help teams align impact goals with practical business realities.She lives with her family in Connecticut.
