Get support with interpretation of the B Lab Standards V2, Impact Topic questions, submission timelines, recertification pathways, audit and certification process questions, legal requirements, complex structures, and the B Impact platform.
Ranger StationStop by the Ranger Station for help navigating both the room and B Lab’s digital tools. Rangers can support with the B Impact App and B Hive access and navigation, Freshdesk ticket submission, community questions, and directing you to the right resource, expert, or conversation during your time at Standards Basecamp.
12:15 - 1:15 PM Consultant Trailhead ConversationsJoin first-come, first-served small-group discussions led by B Corp consultants. Each table will focus on a clearly labeled topic, offering Q&A and guided peer exchange. Ask questions, share challenges, and learn from both experts and peers. Feel free to bring your lunch!

Outside of scheduled breakout sessions, the room will function as a dedicated active support and engagement space, including:
- Standards Guidance: Deep interpretation of V2 requirements, Impact Topic clarifications, and legal requirements
- Certification Process Support: Submission timelines, self-assessment submission, recertification pathway, audit process, complex structure questions
- Consultant Table Discussions: B Corp consultants will host small group consultations
- Technical Support Desk: Get support on tech platforms, including: the B Impact App, assurance provider platform, B Hive, and Freshdesk support tickets

Lunch buffets will be available in the 4th floor and 2nd floor hallways. You are welcome to grab your lunch from one of the buffet stations and bring it into the meeting room to eat during the session.
