Hey B Corp friends! Ecodeo is a B Corp-certified climate communications and film production company. We use film and video to make climate solutions impossible to ignore and to move people to act. I love my work. I enjoyed being on the founding NYC B Corp board, have recertified three times, and currently serve on the board of the Social Venture Network(SVN) as the only Woman B Corp Founder . I have spent 20+ years making films that matter. I am one of the few filmmakers in the movement who has been doing climate work long enough to know what actually changes minds. After 18 years as a Hollywood cinematographer, including work on the Obama 2012 campaign and in UN hallways at climate negotiations on five continents, I left to build Ecodeo in 2015. Since then, we have worked with 100+ clients across five continents with a roster of 80+ creative professionals, turning complex climate science, policy, engineering, and community authentic stories into content people actually care about. Clean energy, ocean conservation, climate justice, docs, branded films, delegate promos: you name it. Our last film about stopping Deep Sea Minung won 18 international festival awards. We have a variety of films , episodics in development while also creating original content for our clients. I am also the Executive Producer and co-launching Boss Ass Planet, a new podcast about living systems ( not yet live) , and I will tell you it is one of the most fun things I have worked on in years.
