Hello, and welcome to Champions Retreat 2026! We are so excited to welcome you to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, during the week of April 20-24, 2026. Within our full schedule, you'll find a treasure trove of information about how you can make the most of your week with the B Corp community.

Some tips for using Sched:
✨ Build out your attendee profile so other Champions can connect with you. You can choose to make your profile public so that others can see that you're attending and connect with you directly.
🤝 Identify a tour or service opportunity you want to attend early in the week. These primarily happen on Opening Day, Tuesday, April 21. It's a great chance to get to know a local B Corp or nonprofit, and build relationships with other attendees. The most popular ones can fill up quickly.
📅 Customize your schedule to make the most of tour & service opportunities, keynotes, breakouts, workshops, networking sessions, healing spaces, network gatherings, and more.
🤝 Plan your time in advance as much as possible, so that you can be ready to connect with peers and engage in meaningful conversations.

Join WeTheChange for their Community Retreat in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on April 20, 2026 — one day before the 2026 B Corp Champions Retreat.

Women Make Waves is open to current and prospective WeTheChange members who want to connect with other values-aligned women business leaders.

Throughout the day, you’ll engage in lively, topical conversations; participate in expert Q&As; and learn from member-led sessions. This isn’t traditional networking — it’s about building trust, exchanging real-world insight, and turning ripples into waves — together.

This journey begins with a tour of Lisa Geason-Bauer’s (President of B Corp Evolution Marketing and President of B Local WI) eco-home located in rural western Waukesha County. As a practitioner of sustainability Lisa has been remodeling her 50 + year old home over the last eight years, and the walking tour will showcase all of the different energy efficiency and sustainable living upgrades made to her home. We will also learn about national and regional energy policy, and actions that homeowners can take to reduce their energy burden from Tom Content, Executive Director of the Citizens Utility Board of Wisconsin.

Our second site visit will be to the Stone Bank Farmers Market store a couple miles away, where participants will be able to purchase a locally sourced lunch from the Farmers Market Cafe and/or Nourish. Guests will tour the farm gardens, and learn about the history of the farm, sustainable agriculture and their partnership with the Faye Gehl Conservation Foundation. 

• Transportation: Carpools/vans, or on your own to meet at Lisa's home by 11am (address provided via email)
• Dress code: Casual, dress for weather
• Cost: Free, lunch for additional purchase
• Timing note: This tour will convene at 10am at the Hyatt lobby to split into carpools. The home tour portion will begin at 11am, lunch at 1:30pm and return back to the Hyatt by 4pm.

This is a private event for current B Network Leaders only. You must register to attend. It will be held in the Starlight Room at 3rd St. Market Hall. 

About the Summit
The B Network Leader Summit is a dedicated kick-off gathering for B Network Leaders held just ahead of Champions Retreat 2026. This event is a chance to celebrate your work, strengthen our community, and align on what we can accomplish together moving forward. We’re excited to bring together leaders from all B Networks across the U.S. and Canada to:

• Connect and learn from each other
• Get updates from B Lab U.S. & Canada
• Spark ideas for collaboration and impact

The Summit is open to all B Network & B Local board members listed on the roster. We ask that all attendees intend to continue in their board roles through 2026.

This event will be in person in Milwaukee from 4-6 p.m. on Monday, April 20 and 7:30 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21. Monday night will be a Q&A with B Lab staff and happy hour. Tuesday will be a half day of content, with agenda and expected outcomes to be announced soon.

Join B2B B Corps for a networking event at the Turf Space of 3rd St Market Hall, open to all! The B2B B Corps network exists to elevate, educate and celebrate our B Corp members with business-to-business (B2B) sales models and the B Corp movement overall.

Food and drink can be purchased within 3rd St Market Hall.

Join us for an intimate evening celebrating the incredible women of Level. We will gather in an enchanted garden setting to connect, celebrate, and toast the impact of our community.
