Kylie Nealis is Senior Program Manager for Climate Justice at B Lab U.S. & Canada, where she leads efforts to embed equitable, community-centered climate strategies into the growing B Corp movement. With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and advocacy sectors, Kylie’s background ranges from grassroots organizing and local policy advocacy to national program development, volunteer management, strategic partnerships and communications. Prior to joining B Lab, she spent seven years at Fair Trade USA leading the Fair Trade Campaigns advocacy program and consumer marketing efforts. Her current work spotlights how businesses can move beyond net-zero commitments to drive climate justice that centers frontline communities and disrupts structural inequities.
Kylie holds a deep belief that business must shift power and lift voices historically overlooked — and she enjoys bringing together stakeholders across movements to make that vision real.
