I am a human first, and I bring my humanity to work. This means quiet contemplation, raucous laughter, and tearful frustration. I show up fully and passionately because I believe our connections with each other are what help us learn, grow, and create together. Helping leaders create conscious, equitable organizations is the work I was born to do. I love your challenges, your problems, your concerns, your fears. My 20+ years of experience as an employee of all stripes, coupled with my 10+ years of acting in a Human Resources capacity, leave me uniquely qualified to think with my HR hat and act with my human heart.
