About me
Hi! My name is Chris, and I live in Maine with my wife and adventure pup. I am passionate about building workforce systems that ensure all workers have the ability to bring their best selves to work and thrive.
I work for the Rhino Foods Foundation, which was created as a separate nonprofit by the founders of Rhino Foods, a long-time B Corp, to support companies in building inclusive and equitable workplace practices, particularly around financial wellness for employees experiencing financial stress.
Our marquee program, the Income Advance Program, supports employees experiencing financial stress by providing safe and equitable access to credit, while also building long-term financial stability through savings, credit improvement, financial wellness resources, and trusted banking relationships. The program began at Rhino Foods and has since grown to more than 200 companies, in partnership with 12 financial institutions.
The Rhino Foods Foundation was created out of a deep belief that every worker, at every company and in every community, should have access to this program. We are leading the charge to make that a reality by collaborating with businesses, lenders, and community stakeholders to tailor the program for each unique workforce and community.
If you are interested in learning more about the program or the foundation, or want to connect about creating workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to bring their best self to work, I would love to hear from you!
