About me
Ben Conniff co-founded Luke's Lobster, a vertically-integrated seafood company that operates restaurants and sells branded supermarket products across the US. Ben leads Luke’s Lobster’s commitment to tackling its climate and waste footprints, to increasing equity in the seafood and restaurant industries, and to upholding stringent sustainability, responsibility, and transparency standards for its seafood. Ben is also the founder and director of Lift All Boats, a mentorship program that helps students from non-fishing backgrounds access Maine’s heritage lobster industry. Ben is a consultant, advisor, and board member to food and beverage and blue economy companies, is on the advisory boards to Maine’s Office of New Americans and Blue Economy Task Force, and is an active member and Voices action circle lead at White Men for Racial Justice. Ben is a regular speaker at Innovation, Food and Beverage, and B Corp-related events and conferences.
