Andrea Prebys-Williams (she/her) is the founder of Fireweed Consulting, LLC, supporting social change leaders and organizations to build cultures rooted in trust, clarity, and shared power. With 20 years of experience in leadership development, organizing, teaching, and consulting, she brings a justice-centered and grounded approach to leadership and organizational development. Andrea is an Professor at the Presidio Center for Sustainable Solutions, where she teaches MBA and MPA courses on leadership, systems thinking, and civic engagement, integrating inner development practices with structural analysis and applied organizational design. Through coaching, facilitation, and organizational development, her work connects personal leadership growth with the practical demands of building values-aligned organizations. Andrea lives on unceded Ohlone land in Oakland, California, with her partner and child.
