About me
I am an Independent Pracademic focused on enabling the world to find consensus about how to govern what matters - long-term wellbeing for all - before we lose it. As such, I work in service of a global transition implementing purpose governance in all organisations, including government. I co-led the first global standard on governance of organisations (ISO37000) and am currently project leader of the ISO 37011 standard in Purpose-Driven Organizations and their governance. I am also Fellow of the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, a Director of the Soil Association Certification and governance advisor of Planet Mark and Una Terra. I am recognized for helping define and implement the principle of organizational purpose for long-term wellbeing and systems change at scale.
