Before co-founding LIFT, Shawn left a career path in nuclear physics to start Woodshanti Cooperative, a custom cabinet and furniture business that pioneered ethical craftsmanship in the green-building movement. He brings two decades of experience in cooperative development, systems design, and facilitation to his work helping leaders align culture and structure.
