Sarah brings two decades of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, working at the intersection of community impact and capital. She’s spent her career helping align the vision and work of organizations on the ground with the resources needed to scale equitable, community-centered solutions.
Before joining Project Equity, Sarah was at Living Cities, a national funder collaborative advancing an inclusive economy and an early investor in employee ownership. She’s passionate about how catalytic capital can support real wealth-building for workers and communities, and is excited to be part of Project Equity’s work expanding employee ownership as a pathway to shared prosperity.
Originally from California, Sarah is now based in New Jersey with her family.
