Rebecca Coffey is a senior consultant with Impact Growth Partners, a women-owned ESG and B Corp consultancy that has guided more than 100 companies through B Corp certification, recertification, and broader impact strategy development. With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and sustainability sectors, Rebecca helps organizations translate their values into measurable environmental and social performance.At IGP, she works with clients across industries—from food and beverage to beauty, apparel, and manufacturing—supporting them in integrating responsible supply chain practices, stakeholder engagement, and governance models that drive meaningful progress.Rebecca has played a leading role in the B Lab/IGP Early Adopters Program, supporting companies as they implement the new B Corp standards (V2.1). She is known for her thoughtful, systems-based approach and her ability to help teams align impact goals with practical business realities.She lives with her family in Dorset, Vermont, where she divides her time between client work and adventures with her three children.
