Kate Dixon is Principal and Founder of Dixon Consulting, a Certified B Corp total rewards and leadership development consultancy specializing in compensation solutions, services pricing advice, and executive coaching, as well as workshops and teambuilding for organizations of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 100 companies. Kate’s ultimate goal is to reduce systemic bias in pay and benefits practices and increase generational wealth for folks with identities that have been historically marginalized. An award-winning author of two nonfiction books, Kate speaks for groups and gives podcast interviews on topics including B Lab's Fair Wage standards, anti-oppressive pay practices, pricing and terms for service providers, salary negotiation, authentic leadership, and gratitude. Outside the office, Kate is on a quest to find the perfect brownie, and she loves dancing with her 3-year-old granddaughter.
