About me
Jocelyn Corbett is the Director of Corporate Racial Equity at PolicyLink, where she is committed to advancing equal opportunity through the private sector. A cross-sector leader trained through Coro’s Fellowship in Public Affairs, Jocelyn has worked across nonprofit, for-profit, and movement spaces to drive systems change. Before joining PolicyLink, she managed the chapter network of Certified B Corporations across the United States and Canada and led B Lab’s first impact improvement initiative to promote equitable and inclusive business practices throughout North America. She now draws on that experience to develop corporate performance standards that advance equity, inclusion, and socially responsible business practices—standards with the power to transform how business is done. Jocelyn also serves on the board of Food Culture Collective. She lives in Durango, Colorado, and travels to Oakland, California, whenever she can.
