Adina is an attorney, financial, and business strategist, all rolled into one. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of B Corp International Empowerment® and the platform Immigrant Finance®. As a Business Growth & Impact Strategist, Adina helps mission-led businesses build powerful chagemaker brands online that scale revenue and impact.

Adina has over a decade of experience leading legal, policy, advocacy, and public education initiatives across immigration legal, finance, business, and social impact systems and spaces. In her work as an immigration attorney, she leads impact litigation at the Amica Center for Immigrant Rights.

She serves on the Board of Directors of B Local Mid-Atlantic (BLMA), which she has helped lead strategic planning for the past two years, including on advocacy related goals. She has provided training for B Lab and B Local Illinois on internal and public-facing immigration advocacy strategies.

Adina is a former Fulbright Scholar and Forbes 30 Under 30. Her work has been featured in various media outlets including NPR, the New York Times, and NBC. She is the host of the SYNARCHY Podcast.
