Hanneke joined OLLY as its first female CEO in the summer of 2021 and takes great pride in OLLY’s mission to support good health both for consumers and within the company. She started her career at Unilever 25 years ago, holding multiple global positions at companies such as Ben & Jerry’s and Seventh Generation, and is currently the GM of the Unilever VMS Co-Op. From 2018 to 2021, she served as a board member of the Howard Center, an NGO with a mission to help communities thrive by providing support and services to address mental health, substance use, and developmental needs. She currently sits on the CEO council of Pathfinder, an NGO championing sexual and reproductive health for women worldwide.
