About me
Claire Randall joined Grand Central Bakery in 1993 as its first Portland sales manager when the bakery opened on Hawthorne Boulevard and serves today as its CEO. In her many roles with the bakery she has mentored and managed employees in retail and delivery, managed human resources, steered brand design and packaging as general manager, and shepherded a reorganization under a new management and executive structure. As Grand Central’s first CEO, she led the company’s first B Corp certification in 2018 and continues to oversee a smart group of leaders and employees passionate about Grand Central’s mission to serve delicious products that delight Seattle and Portland customers daily. Claire is a graduate of Lewis & Clark College.
