About me
Casey Meehan, PhD, is the founder of Do Good Playworks, a facilitation practice that helps mission-driven organizations build shared clarity before high-stakes decisions get made.
His work sits upstream — in the moments before commitments harden, when the quality of thinking in the room still matters. He designs and facilitates processes that help teams slow down just enough to surface what they actually think, close the gap between stated alignment and real alignment, and move forward with confidence rather than crossed fingers.
Casey uses participatory methods, including LEGO® Serious Play®, not because they're engaging (though they are), but because they work. Twenty years leading organizational strategy in climate and sustainability taught him that the biggest risks rarely announce themselves — they show up later, as decisions that don't stick.
