Carolina Miranda is the Founder and CEO of Cultivating Capital, a Certified B Corp since 2012 that helps companies implement impact and sustainability practices by making complex requirements clear, manageable, and actionable.
As a B Corp ROI Strategist, she specializes in helping companies recertify as B Corps and leverage the certification for business value. With over 15 years in the B Corp movement, she has been teaching about the new standards since 2023 and is recognized for her deep expertise with the B Corp performance standards.
In addition to her experience working with companies throughout the certification process, Carolina has been trained directly by B Lab twice: once as part of a 2021 pilot program training only three U.S. participants as external verifiers, and again in the 2023 inaugural cohort of B Corp Consultants.
She has served on the Leadership Circle for B Corp Women CEOs WeTheChange and the B Corp Consultants Network and actively supports other Collective Action Networks in the B Corp community. She was awarded the 2020 Community Builders Award and the 2024 Hal Taussig Award—the B Corp community's highest honor—for her contributions to the community.
