With over 25 years of experience, she has designed and led transformative initiatives that use GIS, data, and Earth observation to advance sustainability, restoration, and environmental justice. From building the pioneering ParkScore®, ParkServe®, and Climate Smart Cities™ programs at The Trust for Public Land, to expanding global reforestation impact at One Tree Planted, Breece blends visionary strategy with grounded implementation.Through her consulting practice, she helps organizations, agencies, and foundations drive system-level change by aligning strategy, programs, and evaluation around measurable impact. Her work fuses strategic program design, change management, and compelling storytelling to turn insight into action. Whether advising on climate intelligence, campaigns, or cross-sector initiatives, Breece brings clarity, creativity, and purpose to every engagement.She is the author of Protecting the Places We Love (Esri Press, 2021) and has been honored with Esri’s Special Achievement in GIS and “Making a Difference” awards.
