About me
Ben is Managing Director of Groundwater Institute, an equity-focused training, coaching, and advisory firm that drives transformative impact for the benefit of all. Groundwater also stewards the Groundwater Network, made up of leaders doing systems change work. He also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at New Bedford Research & Robotics and is a board member for Social Enterprise Greenhouse.
Previously, he served as CEO of B Lab US & Canada, the organization that certifies B Corps and is building a movement of people using business as a force for good. Earlier in his career, Ben served as COO at Preserve, a B Corp that develops sustainable consumer products. He received his BA from Williams College and his MBA from Babson. He lives in Dartmouth, MA on a family farm.
