Andrea Chase is an inspiring sustainability leader and Vice President of Corporate Environmental Responsibility & Social Impact at Arbonne, a Certified B Corporation dedicated to holistic wellbeing for people and the planet. With over 15 years of experience, Andrea has led sustainability transformation across consumer goods, manufacturing, and service-based industries—specializing in sustainable strategy, carbon accounting, product innovation, and responsible value chains.
A passionate advocate for collaboration and systems change, Andrea serves as Co-Chair of the Supervisory Board of the B Beauty Coalition, a global collective of B Corps working to advance regenerative and equitable practices within the beauty industry. She is also a guest professor at leading Southern California universities, teaching sustainable business benchmarking, materiality, and social enterprise development.
