With over 25 years in Oregon’s wine and hospitality industries, I’ve had the privilege of leading, learning from, and growing with exceptional teams that make this work so rewarding. My career has spanned winery operations, logistics, sales, and marketing — giving me a 360° view of how people, process, and product come together to build enduring brands. Today, as Director of Marketing and Consumer Sales at Adelsheim Vineyard, I lead initiatives that connect consumers to the stories, land, and craftsmanship behind our wines. Whether through direct sales, digital engagement, or hospitality experiences, I’m driven by the belief that great wine is ultimately about great relationships — between people, place, and purpose.
Previously, I’ve served in executive and leadership roles at Sokol Blosser Winery, Wineshipping, and Cypress at The Atticus, developing deep expertise in operations management, business development, and strategic planning. I’m proud to have built and guided teams that thrive on collaboration, accountability, and a shared passion for excellence.
