Erin Hottenstein works with leaders and teams to raise their performance as they navigate change, take action, and build on strengths they already possess. She believes in developing leadership at every level and in banishing boring meetings. Erin has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, facilitator, and trainer in business, collegiate, and community settings. She holds a degree in Sociology and Women’s Studies from Goucher College and ATD certifications in Change Management, Training, and Coaching. Her facilitation style is warm, energizing, and grounded in real-world experience—helping leaders turn uncertainty into opportunity.
